How do I change my personal information on DubLi Network?

Most contact details (address, phone, etc.) can be changed in the "Profile" area of the back office.  However, due to account security protocols in place, the following fields cannot be changed directly by the BA:
First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Date of Birth, SSN/EIN, Company Name, Company EIN, Country, Email Address
Should you need to change any of the above information, please contact customer support.
