How do I revoke a voucher?

If a voucher is sent but not redeemed, the voucher can be revoked. This can be done by locating the voucher in the "Voucher History" area of the back office and clicking the gray arrow next to the voucher to be recalled. If you cannot locate the voucher, please check the settings to ensure that all vouchers are displayed and the correct voucher type is selected.
