What is your refund/cancellation policy?

All refund requests for BA accounts are due within 3 business days of payment being made.  Please note that all vouchers must be accounted for in order for a refund to be processed.  To request a refund, please ensure you are within the 3 business day window (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and submit a support ticket.
Please note that refunds can only be requested by the account owner from the email address on file and will be returned to the original method of payment.
