How do I check the status of a voucher?

You can view the status of previously-sent vouchers by clicking on the "Voucher History" tab in the "Vouchers" area and selecting the "all" option. Vouchers may have the following icons:

  • Gray arrow - - - voucher has been sent to customer but not yet redeemed
  • Green check - - - customer has fully redeemed the voucher
  • Round arrow - - - voucher was sent but has already been recalled and can be sent again
  • Red "x" - - - voucher has expired or is otherwise unavailable
